Mayor Elliott and members of the Henderson City Council recognize and value the importance of citizen participation in local government.  The Council utilizes volunteer Boards as a mechanism to engage citizens in the process.  One way to become involved is to volunteer to serve on one of the several boards and commissions established by the City Council.  Listed in the side bar are links to the various boards and committees.  Please take a moment to review them and if you find one that you would like to serve on, please submit a completed application form to the City Clerk.
